AbstractObjective：Detectionofseruminsulin-likegrowthfactor-1（IGF-1）anditsreceptor（IGF-1R）inendometrialproliferationstage,simplehyperplasia,atypicalhyperplasia,carcinoma,exploretheIGF-1andIGF-1Rintheroleofendometrialtissue.Method：Experimentalgroupselected120casesoflesionofendometrialtissuevaryingdegreesofpathologicalspecimens,HEdyed,pathologicaldiagnosisofsimplehyperplasia,atypicalhyperplasiaandendometrialadenocarcinomaofthe40cases,controlgroupselected40casesofEndometrialhyperplasia.ImmunohistochemicaltechniqueforobservingtheapplicationdistributionandexpressionofIGF-1anditsreceptorsindifferenttissues.IGF-1positivedistributionsincytosol,IGF-1R-positiveexpressionincellmembranes,tobrown-yellowgranulesfoundpositives,accordingtoparticleshadingisdividedintofourlevels.Results：IGF-1inproliferativephaseendometrium,simplehyperplasia,atypicalhyperplasiaandadenocarcinomaintheexpressionofpositiverates（strength+,++,+++）was55%（16,6,0）,60%（20,4,0）,62.5%（16,8,1）72.5%（21,7,1）.ExpressionofIGF-1R-positiverate（strength+,++,+++）was60%（17,6,1）47.5%（10,9,0）,57.5%（14,8,1）67.5%（18,6,3）.IGF-1indicatorsinproliferation,ofsimplehyperplasia,atypicalhyperplasiaandadenocarcinomapositiveratehasshownanincreasingtrendfortheGroup;IGF-1positiveratesofdifferencesbetweendifferentgroupsofnostatisticalsignificance,IGF-1R-positivedifferencestatisticallysignificant（χ2GF-1=2.773，P0.05；χ2GF-1R=12.28，P＜0.01）。IIConclusion：Withendometrialtissuelevelupgrades,IGF,IGF-1Rpositiveandpositiveexpressionratetrendhasbeenincreased,suggestingthatdetectingexpressionofthesetwofactorsmayhaveacertainsignificanceforearlypreventionclinicalandconservativetreatmentofendometriallesionscanbeprovidednewevidence.[Keywords]ER、IGF-1；IGF-1R；Endometriallesions英文名称缩略表IGF-1Insulin-likegrowthfactors-1,胰岛素样生长因子-1IGF-1RInsulin-likegrowthfactor-1receptor，胰岛素样生长因子-1受体ECEndometrialCarcinoma，子宫内膜癌IGFsInsulin-likegrowthfactorsystem,胰岛素样生长因子系统IGFBPInsulin-likegrowthfactorbindingprotein，胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白ERestrogenreceptor雌激素受体PRprogesteronereceptor孕激素受体PBSph
