Abstractendarterectomizeissmooth,andthethree-layerstructureisclearwiththealignedendothelialcells.Therearenofattystreaksandplaqueformation.Amongallthegroups,thelesionofthemodelgroupistheheaviest,anditconcludmanyfoamcells,cholesterolcrystals,smoothmusclecells,andsomeothersthatmaincompositionofhumanatheromatousplaques.Thelesionofthemodelgroupperformancethecharacteristicofunstableplaquesanditsthree-layerstructureisexistsbutnotclear.Inmodelgroup,theintimaisthicker,cruderwiththeendothelialcellsinjuriedfalloff.Inonehand,,wecanfindtheplaquesprominentlumenwiththinfibrouscapsurfaced,alittlesmoothmusclecellsincludedattheareaofthelesion,andtherearealotofmesangial/foamcellsinit.Inanotherhandwecanfindtheelasticmembraneor/andplaqueruptureinsometypes.3.Thequantifiedobservationofaoticatheroscleroticlesionwithcomputedmorphometryshowedthat:①Comparewiththemodelgroup,thedifferencesontopfibercapthickness,theratiooffibercapintheotherinterventiongroupsweresignificantlyincreased（P0.05orP0.01）;②Comparewiththemodelgroup,thedifferencesonshouderfibercapthicknessinIGF-1groupwasincreasded（p0.05）,however,comparewithsimvastatingroup,thedifferencesonshouderfibercapthicknessinIGF-1andmodelgroupwerenon-statisticssignificance（p0.05）.③Comparewiththemodelgroup,thedifferencesonlipidcoreareavs.plaquearea,andthedegreeoflumenrelativelynarrowintwointerventiongroupswerereducedsingnificantly（p0.05）;therewerenodifferencebetweenthegroupofIGF-1andsimvastatin（p0.05）.④Comparewiththemodelgroup,thepercentageareasofIGF-1intheotherthreegroupsweresignicicantlydecreased（P0.05）.⑤Comparewiththemodelgroup,themacrophagecontent(themascpercentageareasofRAM-11)intwointerventiongroupsweresignicicantlydecreased（P0.01）,namely,themacrophagecontentinthemodelgroupisthemost;TherewasnodifferencebetweenthegroupofIGF-1andsimvastatin（p0.05）4.Apoptosiscellsdetection:Comparewiththemodelgroup,themascpercentageareasofapoptosiscell,dyeingintension,anddyeindexintowinterventiongroupsweresignicicantlydecreased（P0.05）.Conclusions:1Rabbitatheroscler
