湖北文理学院 毕业设计（论文） 　　　　　论文（设计）题目　汽车悬架系统弹簧刚度的优化设计　　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　　　　　　　　　　 学 院　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　　　专　　业　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　　　班　　级　　　　 　　　　　　　 　　　　　　姓 名　　　　　　　　　　　 　 学 号 　　　　　　指导教师　　　　　　　　　　　 2015年5月27日 摘 要 汽车悬架弹簧是汽车底盘的关键零件之一，它关系着汽车行驶的安全性、乘坐的舒适性和车体对复杂路面的适应性。因此，良好的汽车悬架弹簧是保障汽车运行性能的关键因素之一。 汽车悬架弹簧是轿车底盘减震系统中的重要功能性零件，主要作用是吸收振动保证乘员的舒适性。从技术层面分析，它还起着维持轮胎与地面贴合，保证车辆操纵性的功能。目前，除了少数顶级豪华车使用主动悬架之外，大部分轿车的减震系统都是由螺旋悬架弹簧与减震器组合而成。螺旋弹簧作为汽车悬架系统的重要零件，对汽车的运行性能有着重要的影响。汽车悬架弹簧是汽车底盘的关键零件之一，它关系着汽车行驶的安全性、乘坐的舒适性和车体对复杂路面的适应性。因此，良好的汽车悬架弹簧是保障汽车运行性能的关键因素之一。 本文通过汽车悬架系统的弹簧刚度进行设计，使系统的固有频率满足设计要求，来说明如何进行振动系统参数的优化设计。采用理论法、有限元分析法进行了综合研究，以期获得螺旋弹簧合理的设计方法，提高螺旋弹簧的刚度。 关键词：汽车；悬架弹簧；理论法；螺旋弹簧 Abstract Automobile suspension spring is one of the key parts of automobile chassis, it’s relationship with the car, ride comfort and safety of car body adaptability to complex pavement. Therefore, a good car suspension spring is one of the key factors of security car running performance. The automobile suspension spring is an important functional parts, car chassis suspension system main function is to absorb vibration ensure occupant comfort. From the technical analysis, it also plays a maintain tire and ground joint, ensure the vehicles maneuvering function. Helical spring as an important parts of the automobile suspension system, the running performance of the car has an important influence. In recent years, the domestic and external theoretical research and technology of the helical spring technology has great development. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of the engineering application requirements, a new type of spring also appear constantly.
