ABSTRACTAsaformofenterprise,thefamilybusinessatdomesticandoverseasinthesectoroftheeconomyoccupies70%.WiththedeepeningdevelopmenttoacceleratetheprocessofintegrationandglobalizationoftheworldeconomyandthemarketeconomyinChina,familybusinesshasbecomeoneofthesocialistmarketeconomicsystemimportantconstituent,butitalsofacesmanyproblems.Howwillthehealthofthefamilybusinesstobecomethefocusofattention,wherethesounddevelopmentoffamilymembersonthehealthydevelopmentofthefamilybusinessisveryimportant.Inthisstudy,ItusesZmanagerofXHGroupforthebackgroundresearchtoexplorehowfamilymembers,andconsistentdevelopmentofenterprises,soastomaintainlong-termbusinessandhealthydevelopment.XHGroupwasfoundedinAugust1997,whichismainlyengagedinitsownfundsinrealestateinvestmentanddevelopmentprojectsandsales.Grouptotalassetsofmorethan2billionin2012,ithasmorethan400employees,ofwhichnearly80people,graduatedegreewhollyownedandholdingcompanies,whichownsmorethan30.MembersofthefamilyofZmanagerssincethewinterof2003intotheenterprisemanagerhasexperiencedtheprocessfromgrowthtomaturity,thefamilyenterpriseappearedintheprocessofgrowthtohightrustamongfamilymembersandmembersofthefamilyandthecommunicationbetweenthemembersofthefamilyofadifferentway.Intheprocessofmaturation,Zmanagersworkinadisharmonybetweenexperiencedandnon-familyexecutives,inlife,sheexperiencedababyandfamilychanges,whichmakesherworkintheworkfamilyconflict.Inviewofthis,thisresearchintheformofcasereviewZmanagerafterenteringenterprises,herdevelopmentstages,furtheranalyzestheproblemsinthemembersofthefamilymanagement,thusformingbackground,causesandmechanism,thusthisresearchfromtraditionalculture,familyenterpriseinternalrulesandregulations,andcoordinatetherelationshipbetweenthemembersofthefamilyofexecutivesandnon-familythreeaspects,givesthecorrespondingcountermeasures,sothatthemembersofthefamilycaninthedevelopmentoffamilyenterprisesbetter.KEYWORDS:familybusinessfemalemembersthehistoryofworkmanagementproblemsII目录第一章绪论..........................................
