Studyonthe“RecycleofApplicability”ofExistingBuildingsABSTRACTTherearemoreandmoreoldindustrialandcivilbuildingswhichareleftbyhistory,nolongerpossessfunctionsinproductionorcannotsatisfytherequirementofcurrentproduction.Thoughdesignfor“recycleofapplicability”,theremainingvalueoftheexistingbuildingsthemselvescanbeexerted.Therefore,howtoperformdesignfor“RecycleofApplicability”isanimportanttopicwithobviousepochfeature.Basedonacasestudyofthe“recycleofapplicability”ofapracticalengineeringproject,thispaperdeterminedtheconstructionplanthrougharchitecturalandstructuraldesignfor“recycleofapplicability”byperforminganalysiswithPKPM.Inaddition,thedesignthinkingandconstructionalpointsforattentionofthistypeofengineeringprojectwasanalyzedwithfollowupinvestigationsfromdesign,construction,toservicestage.Atlast,theapplicationof“recycleofapplicability”ofexistingbuildingsinengineeringpracticewasdiscussedbyanalyzingthesafetyofthereinforcementandreconstructionpartwithFEM(FiniteElementAnalysis)softwareABAQUS.Toachieveexpectedeffects,therecyclingthinking,constructiontechniquesandmethodforsafetyanalysislistedandanalyzedinthispaperusuallyneedtobefurtherdetailedandimprovedinpracticalapplication.Overall,byreasonablyrecyclingexistingbuildings,notonlytheinvestmentofnewconstructionsandmunicipalrefusegeneratedfromdismantlingoldbuildingscanbesaved,butalsothecontinuationoftheinheritedcultureofthecitycanbeprotected.Theresearchideaandmethodusedinthispapercanprovidesomeexperienceandreferenceforsimilarengineeringprojects.Keywords：ExistingBuilding；AdaptiveReuse；StructuralDesign；FiniteElementAnalysis致谢两年半的时光，时间短暂，影响深远。欢笑与泪水陪伴我们一起成长，一路走来生活的点滴，回忆已镌刻在我的心中。研究生生活转瞬即逝，回首这两年半的求学历程，我想对那些曾经引导我、帮助我、激励我的老师、同学和朋友们深深地道一声：谢谢！首先感谢我的恩师孙昌玲老师，在研究生学习阶段，不论是学习还是生活，孙老师都一直给予我无微不至的关怀和毫无保留的指点。在论文的写作上，从选题到框架的建立，从文献资料的查找到整个论文的撰写完成，都凝结着您的心血。导师严谨的治学态度和忘我的工作热忱，都使我不断地受到鞭策，激励我奋发向上，乐观进取。在生活上，导师待人接物平易近人的态度、一丝不苟的治学作风，也深深地感染着我，使我受益匪浅。其次，我想感谢师兄潘峰、楚磊和师姐吴春梅、徐长新、方娇等在学习上的提点。感谢同门齐道正、吴恒、杨璞、吴婧喆、俞燕飞等在学习和生活上的帮助，研究生阶段有你们一路相伴走来，是我人生经历中一段美好快乐的回忆。最后，感谢我的家人，
