技术溢出对企业创新绩效的影响研究——以制造业为例摘要创新绩效的提高是企业的不断追求，是衡量一个企业是否能长久生存的重要指标。企业创新绩效的提高历来受到经营管理者以及理论研究者的关注和重视。技术溢出效应，也就是技术的外部性，也一直备受关注，它能够使企业以较少的投入或者是不投入而产生较大的回报。在全球经济一体化这一宏观背景下，企业的发展也不断的走出国门，走向全球，相应的，外资企业的进入对东道国企业会产生相应的技术溢出效应，这种溢出效应会通过怎样的渠道发挥作用，这种溢出效应对企业创新绩效的影响如何，东道国会通过怎样的渠道发挥本土溢出效应，以及这种溢出效应对企业创新绩效的影响如何，都已成为研究企业创新绩效提升的重要课题。本文综合运用理论归纳和演绎、建模和实证检验等方法。首先，通过文献的回顾总结，阐述目前国内外研究现状，并梳理整合出本土溢出效应和国际技术溢出效应研究的主要脉络和渠道；其次，从技术创新、技术溢出、绩效评价三个方面梳理整合相应的支撑理论；第三，通过逻辑推理，分别归纳阐述出本土和国际技术溢出效应发挥的渠道，并对相关的渠道进行界定，其中，本土技术溢出效应存在产业集群效应和产学研结合效应两个构成要素，国际技术溢出效应则存在示范效应、竞争效应、关联效应和人员流动效应四个构成要素；第四，在前述理论的基础上，分别构建本土技术溢出和国际技术溢出效应对企业创新绩效影响的关系模型，第五，根据研究目的，选取各个构成要素的量化指标、设计出本研究的调查问卷，并选取2011.06-2012.12在中小企业板和创业板上市的177家制造业为调研对象，通过发放调查问卷，并对回收的调查问卷采用5点李克特量表进行专家评议打分取得相关数据，在此基础上对模型进行验证分析。实证结果表明：产业集群效应和产学研效应两要素之间存在正的相关性，且这两要素对企业创新绩效有正的促进作用；示范效应、竞争效应、关联效应、人员流动效应四要素两两之间存在正的相关性，且这四要素对企业创新绩效有显著地正的促进作用。本文研究结果表明，本土和国际技术溢出效应存在各自的构成要素，且各自构成要素间呈现存在正的相关性，共同作用促进企业创新绩效的提升。最后，本文根据所得实证结论，针对性的提出对策指导建议，并指出下一步的研究方向。关键词：本土技术溢出；国际技术溢出；创新绩效AStudyonInnovationPerformanceunderTechnologicalSpilloverEffect-----ExampleofManufacturingIndustriesAbstractTheimprovementofperformanceisaconstantpursuitoftheenterprise,andanimportantindicatortomeasurewhetheracompanycansurvivelong.Theimprovementofenterprisesinnovationperformancehasalwaysbeentheconcernandattentionofmanagersandtheorists.Technologyspilloversisexternaltechnology,whichhasbeenaconcern,itcanbringgreaterreturnwithlessinput.Withtheglobaleconomicintegration,thedevelopmentofenterprisesgototheworld,andtheentryofforeigntechnologyspilloverstothehostcountryenterprises,suchspilloversthroughwhatchannels,aswellastheimpactofsuchaspillovereffectontheinnovativeperformance;Atthesametime,thehostcountrywillplaylocalspilloversthroughwhatchannels,andhowthisspillovereffectontheinnovativeperformancehavebecometheresearchenterpriseinnovationanimportantissueforperformanceimprovement.Inthispaper,usingofinductiveanddeductivemodelingandempiricaltestmethod.First,thesummaryofthereviewoftheliteratureonthecurrentresearchstatusandcombinginteg
