AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofthemodernturbineengine,higherdemandsareputforwardtotheturbineaerodynamicdesign.Sofar,aerodynamicloadingoftheairlinerLPturbinehasbeenincreasedlargelybystudyingandapplyingtheunsteadyaerodynamiceffectsinducedbytherotor-statorinteraction.Althoughmanyresearcheshavebeendoneontheunsteadyaerodynamicmechanism,mostoftheturbinedesigndonotrefertotheunsteadyeffectduetothelongtimecomputingandthehabitualthoughtsintheconventionaldesign.Theperiodicunsteadyeffectdoesnotonlyaffecttheaerodynamicperformancebutalsohasquiteaneffectonthevibrationandnoiseoftheblade.Inordertoconsidertheunsteadyrotor-statorinteractioneffectmoreintheturbinedesign,discrepancybetweensteadyandunsteadysimulationisanalyzed,consideringtheimportanceandnecessityofaddinginteractioneffecttodesignandtheeffectsontheaerodynamics,vibrationandnoise.Inaddition,themechanismofrotor-statorinteractionisfurtherelaboratedundersomecircumstances.Withtheguaranteeofthereliabilityofthenumericalmethod,thispapersimulatesthesteadyandunsteadyconditionsonahigh-loadLPturbinestage,andillustratesthereasoncausingthedifferencewhichcanbefoundbycomparingandanalyzingtheresults.Andpointsoutthatthesecondaryflowoftheupstreambladehadaninhibitoryeffectonthesecondaryflowlossofthedownstreambladeendwall.Showedthemaininfluencingfactorsoftherotor-statorinteractionforthesurfacepressurepulsation,anduesdadetailanalysistoshowtheimpactofthefactorsforthedifferentbladeheightsections.Thechangesoftherotor-statorinteractionwereanalyzedunderthedifferenetaxialspacingconditions,showedthatthechangeregulationofthepotentialflowinterferenceandsecondaryflowmixingalongwiththechangeoftheaxialspacing.Andgivenamechanismanalysistotheinhibitoryeffectofthesecondaryflowoftheupstreambladeonthesecondaryflowlossofthedownstreambladeendwall,andshowedtheinverseeffectphenomenoninducedbythetipmomentummixing.Thenext,studiedontheeffectofthechangeoftherotortipclearanceontherotor-statorinteraction,theresultsshowedthattheleakagelosshadinsteadedoftherotor-statorinte
