AbstractIPcorereusetechnologyisappliedmoreandmorewidely,IPverificationproblemhasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattentionfromtheindustry.Thetraditionalverificationmethodsarenotonlytime-consuming,butnotsufficientlyverified,lowcoverageratefunction,ithasbeendifficulttomeettheneedforverificationofthecentury.BasedontheverificationplatformforIPverificationisaveryeffectivemethod,transplantatingIPcoretotheverificationplatformtoverifycancarryoutcollaborativeverificationbetweenIPcores,monitorprotocolspecification,improvethequalityandefficiencyofverification.ThekeyofbasedontheverificationplatformforIPverificationistransplantationinstantiateofIPcoreandtransplantationofreuseofverificationvector.Firstly,thisthesisusesSoCverificationplatformbasedonLeon3mpprocessortoverifytheIPcore,developedtheautomaticinstantiationscripts.AccordingtotheIPcoreinstantiationfeaturesintheverificationplatform,usingPerllanguagetowritecontrolprogram,achievingIPcoreautomaticinstantiationintheverificationplatform.Alargenumberoftheoriginalneedartificialinstantiationofoperationisreduced,thereliabilityofinstantiationisimproved,andtherequiredtimeofIPverificationissaved.Atthesametime,implementingthereuseofverificationvectordescriptedbyC,VerilogHDLandVHDLlanguage,sotheIPcorecanverifyreproductionintheverificationplatform.Furthermore,usingBFMmodelsandtheMonitormodelsprovidedbyVIPtoquicklybuildverificationenvironmentfortheIPcore.ThatmakestheIPcore,itsverificationvectorsandverificationenvironmenthighlymatched,constructionlanguageunification,busmatching,transplantationinstantiateofIPcoreandtransplantationofreuseofverificationvectorsimple,monitoringreportgenerationandverificationprocessoflogfilesandthebussignals,easierpositioningerrorlocation.Keywords:IPcoreverification;verificationplatform;automaticinstantiation;verificationvectorreuse目录摘要........................................................................................................IAbstract.................................................................................
