教育实习对数学专业师范生就业的影响 摘要 近年来, 高校毕业生就业已经越来越成为社会各界所关注的热点问题。师范院校作为高等院校的组成部分, 具有一定的代表性。师范院校的大学生作为国家宝贵的人才资源，是我国实施“科教兴国战略的重要力量。随着我国经济的快速发展和社会的深化改革，我国高等师范的教育也实现了跨越式的发展，经过连续十年的扩招，我国师范院校的规模也逐年扩大，毕业生的人数也逐年增加。加之，我国人口出生率的下降导致的中小学生源的减少，进而对教师需求量有所降低。面对严峻的就业形势, 在校的数学专业师范生在今后的学习过程中, 应该加强专业能力和技能的培养, 才能在激烈的竞争中争取一席之地, 而数学教育实习恰好为学生提供了这样一个获取实际经验和能力的平台。师范生能否顺利完成数学教育实习, 达到实习的基本要求, 对于奠定他们将来的就业问题, 具有十分重要的意义。 本文在教育实习与师范生就业的相关理论的基础上，通过查阅资料，访谈法构建出数学专业师范生就业能力的要素，并通过问卷调查，研究教育实习对数学专业师范生就业的影响，并为提高教育实习质量提出了建设性意见。 关键词：教育实习；数学专业；师范生；就业 Abstract In recent years, the employment of university graduates has become the hot issue of society from all walks of life concern.
