摘要摘要本文对高职院校教务管理系统进行了设计与实现，探索分析了高职院校中教 务管理的决策方案，该系统的设计具有广泛的应用价值。所设计的高职院校教务 管理系统符合普通高职院校的一般性和我院（乐山职业技术学院）的实际需求， 重点分析了学分制、选课制下教务工作的信息化和模块化问题。本设计能够很好 地适应现代化学校教学管理的需要，加快推进我院数字化校园建设，充分利用校 园网、多媒体等技术和手段提高教务工作效率、改善教务管理质量。根据系统的需求和现有的条件，设计出采用 . NET 作为开发平台，基于浏览 器／服务器结构和客户机／服务器结构混合模式的高职院校教务管理系统，按照 院、系两级管理模式对系统的组织机构及职能进行划分，对基础数据管理、教学 计划管理、学籍管理、人事管理子系统、排课管理、选课管理、考务管理、成绩 管理、毕业管理、教材管理等各子系统的功能、数据库应用进行了详细的研究和 设计，并重点介绍了排课管理模块的实现。高职院校教务管理系统的设计与实现使得我院教务管理更加科学化、系统化、 规范化，更快捷方便，更准确化，从而大大提高工作效率，也便于相关领导、管 理人员、师生进行各项事务操作。本系统的设计将为推动乐山职业技术学院的校 园信息化起到积极作用。关键词：高职院校教务管理系统，. This system can be used in a large scale and it is in accordance with the commonness of general higher vocational colleges and the actual needs of the author’s school (Leshan Vocational and Technical Institute). It mainly analyzes informatization and modularization of the teaching affairs on the basis of the credit system, the course-selecting system. This design can meet the need of teaching administration of modern schools, accelerate the construction of our digitalized school, and make good use of means and technologies, such as campus network, multi-media etc. improve the efficiency and quality of teaching affairs.On account of the requirements of the present system and conditions, the teaching administration system of higher vocational colleges is designed on the ground of combining B/S and C/S structures by adopting .NET as the development platform.
