Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal , model ,Fire-needle ,Tai-yi moxacone and comPrehensive group. Except normal group ,the other 4 groups were established by injecting Freunds complete adjuvant model ,The treatment group treatment for 14 days, then observed the general conditions of rats ,and the rats’ foots swelling degree were detected by volumetric method ,the serum IL-17, OPG, sCD4 and sCD8 were determined by ELISA.Results:1.after modeling, the model group compared with the normal group, the rat foot swelled obviously, there was significant difference(P0.05);After fourteenth days of treatment,compared with model group and control group, the rat foot swelling were significantly(P0.05), each treatment group compared with the model group, the rat foot swelling was significant difference(P0.05), comprehensivegrou fire-needle group compared with the Taiyi moxibustion group, the rat footswelling, was significant difference (P0.05), comprehensive group compared with fire-needle group, the rat foot swelling degree was no significant difference (P0.05);2. after treatment, each treatment group compared with model group thelevels of - sCD4 and sCD8 decreased , the level of OPG increased , there weresignificantdifference (P0.05)inserumofrats;comprehensivegroup compared with Taiyi moxibustion group and Fire-needle group, the levels of - sCD4 and sCD8 decreased, the level of OPG increased , the changed had significant difference (P0.05); Taiyi moxibustion group compared with Fire-nee
