Combining two Apoptosis signaling pathways containing 119 genes and the exosome database (containing 2127 RNA) to get five important genes. And design the primer of selected genes, respectively, then extracted RNA of exosomes cultured by hypoxia and normal and made into cDNA, using fluorescence quantitative PCR to detecte gene relative expression quantity and find the difference of two kinds of exosomes, trying to discuss exosome antiapoptotic mechanisms from the gene level.
