AbstractThealuminium matrixcomposites with radioprotectionfunctionwerefabricatedbypowdermetallurgyusingBaPbO3powdersand2024Alpowders. Preparationtechnologyisstudiedonimpactinginterfacereactionofcomposites.ThemicrostructureandpropertiesofthecompositeswereinvestigatedbyXRD, SEMandtensiletest.ThetechnicalparameterisresearchedonmakingBaPbO3coatedbyAl2O3.TheeffectofcoatingsisinvestigatedbyXRD,SEM,EDSandTG/DTA.Theexperimentalresultsindicatedthatthetensiletestshowsthatthetensilestrengthofthealuminiummatrixcompositesis317MPa,andthecompositescontain Pb, so there are reactions between BaPbO3 and 2024Al when thecompositeswerefabricated.Whenthesinteringtemperatureis430℃andnopressure,thereisnoreactionbetweenBaPbO3and2024Al,butwhenthepressureofhotpressingisnot0MPa,evenifthetemperatureis400℃,therealsoexitreactionsbetweenBaPbO3and2024Al.Andcompositeisunsound.Sothatshows usformakingdensecomposites,interfacereactiondidnotavoidthroughcontrollingthetemperatureandpressure ofhotpressing.WhentechnicalparametersarethatconcentrationofAl-solis0.4mol/L，Al2O3:BaPbO3(wt.%)=1:1,pH=3.5-4.1andmixedfor30min,Al2O3completelycoatedBaPbO3areproduced.ButPbOisfoundinBaPbO3coatedbyAl2O3.BaPbO3coatedbyAl2O3areproducedusingchemicalprecipitationmethod. ThereonlyputingBaPbO3powdersintoAl(OH)3liquorissuitable,andputtingAl(NO3)3liquorinto BaPbO3suspending liquidis notsuitable. The effectof coatingsisbetteralongwiththeAl2O3:BaPbO3(wt.%)lager.ButAl2O3coatingisincompletecoatedonBaPbO3surface.Al2O3completelycoatedBaPbO3areproducedbyahumidsolidstatereaction atroomtemperature.ThereisAlelementonBaPbO3coatedbyAl2O3byEDS analysis,sothisprovesthecoatingisAl2O3.DTAanalysisof2024Al+BaPbO3coatedbyAl2O3showsthatthereisnoexothermicpeakandendothermicpeakbetween350℃and500℃,andthisprovesAl2O3iscompletelycoatedonBaPbO3,so contactbetween BaPbO3and2024Al isimpossibleandreaction is avoided.II-Keywordsaluminiummatrixcomposites;powdermetallurgy;interfacereaction;BaPbO3;Al2O3coatingIII -目录摘要.............................................
