ABSTRACTObjective:To observe the expressions of APPL1 in lung cancer and paraneoplastic, and observe its relationship to clinicopathogical characteristics (age, gender, clinic stage, histological type) in lung cancer, and to explore the correlation between the expressions of APPL1 and EGFR in lung cancer.Methods:Screened 50 cases of patients with lung cancer. Paraneoplastic controls were taken 5cm away from the tumor. 41 cases were male, 9 females; aged 36 to 75 years, the average age was 59.64 years; 16 cases were stage I, 20 cases were stage II , 12 cases were stage III and 2 cases were stage IV . Diagnostic criteria postoperativelywas according to standards in IASLC, 2009. Targeted therapy、radiotherapy andchemotherapy did not undergo in all of these patients; Immunohistochemistry were used to detected the expression of APPL1 and EGFR in lung cancer , and to detected the expression of APPL1 in paraneoplastic. Carcinoma tissues were classified according to their clinical and pathological data. Analyse the APPL1 and EGFR positive expression rate in lung cancer.Results:Expression of APPL1 in tumor was significantly higher than in paraneoplastic. (P=0.000(0.001))APPL1 expressions in cancer tissues correlated with histological type (P=0.000(0.001)), but Was not related with the age, gender and clinic stage (P0.05).Expression of APPL1 was correlated with expression of EGFR in lung cancer.
