城市居住空间分异研究——以济南为例 摘要：居住是城市的主要功能之一。城市居民因不同的职业、种族、收入、文化、宗教等，形成了不同的社会阶层，这些不同社会阶层的居民在城市居住格局上表现出同类相聚、异类分离的现象，即城市居住空间分异。改革开放以来，我国居民住房制度逐步向商品化改革，通史伴随社会阶层的不断分化，城市社会空间出现分异现象，特别是城市居住空间结构的分异日趋明显。本文在总结前人居住空间分异研究的基础上，明确城市居住空间分异的概念，对济南市居住空间分异进行研究。分析了济南市居住空间分异的现状特征，分析了影响济南市居住空间分异的原因及其影响，并提出了引导济南市居住空间分异、减小济南市居住空间分异不利影响的建议。 关键词：济南市；居住空间；分异 Urban living space differentiation research ——to jinan as an example Abstract：Living in the citys main functions.
