Operating Instruction Manual For Glue-dropping Edge-cutting Machine 1．To start the machine：Turn on the power switch → Wait for the temperature control meter reset（10 seconds）→ press the start switch Power switch Temperature control meter Start switch To stop the machine：Turn off the power switch 2．Setting the temperature：Press the select key to select the digit, press the Up key to increase the temperature and press the Down key to reduce the temperature 3．Setting the program： Program Key: A．Press the PRO key for 2 seconds B．Enter the pass word“123” to start the program setting, press the LEFT key or RIGHT key to select the digit , press the Up key or Down key to increase or reduce the value C．Press the PRO key to setting the working method (Model) D．Press the Up key or Down key to select the Model number (Model 1~ Model 30) There are 30 options from Model 1 to Model 30 E．Press the PRO Key to set the first part (part 1) of the selected Model. Press the LEFT key or RIGHT key to select the setting of Ratio or the setting of Length Press the Up key or Down key to increase or reduce the value of the Ratio or the Length The value range of Ratio：0.8～1.6, It’s the ratio of the speed of the upper whorl and lower whorl The bigger Ratio is more crumple in the appearance of glue dropping. The value range of Length：1～30 cm, That is the running length of the setting part. F．Press the PRO. Key to set the Ratio and the Length of part 2 Press the LEFT key or RIGHT key to select the setting of Ratio or the setting of Length Press the Up key or Down key to increase or reduce the value of the Ratio or the Length G．Press the PRO. Key to set the Ratio and the Length of part 3…….. A Model consists of 10 Part. It is depend on the production on how many Parts a Model need. When the length of a part is set as 0, the machine will skip all the parts of the Model that behind it. e.g
