引导教案优化的策略体系研究 摘 要 教师专业化的发展越来越得到国家的重视,教师的专业化依赖于教师教育技术能力的提高。教师的教育技术能力中最为核心的是教学设计能力。提高教师的教学设计能力依托于教师培训,本研究即在这样的背景下,探讨如何在教师培训中利用教案的形成性评价技术来提高教师的教学设计能力。 在教学设计能力培训领域形成性评价的 (一) 一套引导知识建模、目标设计、活动设计、交互序列设计的策略体系。 为了明确引导策略的目的和可操作性,本研究为每条策略编写了使用阶段、指向原则和实施步骤,其中实施步骤是数条可操作性的步骤。此外,每条策略都有典型案例作支撑,供 (二) 进行典型个案数据的分析,验证策略体系的可行性和价值。 依托于教学设计实训 经过助教和教学设计者的交互过程,教学设计者方案得到优化的同时,引导策略体系也得到不断的迭代和细化。 (三) 分析策略体系和评价指标体系之间的关系。 在个案数据的基础上,统计策略体系整体被响应的频率情况,进而分析引导策略体系和现有的评价指标体系之间的映射关系,尝试形成完整的形成性评价技术。通过这种映射关系的分析,可以看出引导策略体系和评价指标体系之间的契合度,以及下一步研究进展的方向。 关键词:教案的形成性评价,教师培训,教学设计,优化策略 Research on the strategic system for guiding lesson plan optimization Abstract Professionalism of teachers increasingly received more and more national attention, and professionalism of teachers depends on the improvement of teachers’ ability of educational technology. Among the abilities of educational technology, instructional design ability is the most crucial. Improvement of instructional design ability needs teacher training. Based on such background, this study focus on how to improve teachers’ instructional design ability by formative assessment of lesson plans in teacher training. In the field of instructional design ability training, few studies focus on formative assessment to improve teachers’ instructional design ability, not to speak of reaching theoretical level. We need to create complete evaluation technology and improvement technology to form formative assessment technology. In the field of lesson plan evaluation, there is no widely recognized evaluation technology, not to mention improvement technology. According to the learning activities centered instructional design theory, this study is based on the action research as its methodology. Prophase?studies have developed IIS method and the lesson plan evaluation index system, then on the basis this study explores the strategic system for guiding lesson plan optimization.
