Ab stract:Introduced a set of high sta le control circuits for case temperature and injection current of semiconductor laser diode.Using the circuits, the fluctu-
ation of injection current is 10-5 and the fluctuation of case temperature is etter than 10-4 under the room temperature.Anapplicationof the diode laser in atomic
experiments also e introduced.
