毕业设计（论文） 湛江港口电子商务建设的调查与研究 2006年6月7日 摘 要 电子商务指的是应用计算机和互联网等电子技术实现消费者的网上购物、商户之间的网上交易和在线电子支付等业务的一种新型的商业运营模式。而物流指的是物品从供应地向接收地的实体流动过程。看上去两者毫不相干，但是它们都是现代世界经济发展中不可或缺的一环。随着世界经济的发展，电子商务的高效、方便、迅速等特性和物流企业的目标不谋而合，讨论电子商务和物流的论文层出不穷。但是大多数论文都是集中讨论物流企业如何适应电子商务发展，缺乏研讨物流企业电子商务模式的论文。所以，本文将从湛江港出发，研究物流企业的电子商务应用模式。湛江是中国南部的运输纽带，是全中国距离东南亚最短的出海口，是广西、贵州、云南等地的最近出海口，有着独特的港口优势，为发展第三方物流提供了得天独厚的条件。本文根据湛江港既有的客户，设计调查问卷，结合客户对湛江港发展电子商务的意见，对可行性进行全面的分析，并提出发展的方案。本文最重要的观点是探讨了电子商务在物流企业中的应用模式，提出电子商务系统如何与客户的ERP相结合的模式，并预测物流企业电子商务的发展趋势。 关键词：物流电子商务 问卷调查 湛江港 环境分析 Abstract E-commerce mean that uses the online shopping of electronic technology consumers , such as computer and Internet ,etc., a kind of new-type commercial operation mode of business , such as online trade and paying by mails online between the trade companies ,etc.. And logistics mean article from afford to supply with. It looks that the two are not relevant at all , but they are all an indispensable ring in modern world economic development. With the development of international economy, e-commerce is high-efficient , convenient, the goals of the characteristic and logistics enterprise are perfectly in harmony or agreement without previous consultation rapidly,etc., discussion e-commerce and thesis of the logistics emerge in an endless stream . But most theses concentrate on discussing how logistics enterprises adapt to e-commerce development, lack the thesis which discusses enterprises e-commerce mode of the logistics. So, this text will set out from harbour of Zhanjiang , will study the electronic business application modes of logistics enterprises.
