Definition of Human Capital Definition of Organizational Capital Knowledge management offers a new perspective to observe an organization and its managerial process. However, it is not necessarily to the best of a firm to have the most organizational capital. Some certain degree of rigidity might appear in the process of organizational capital accumulation, which might result in negative effects on the exertion and development of human capital. Therefore it is to the core of corporate competence research to study the mechanism of a positive interaction between human capital and organizational capital. Only those that possess the properties of value-creating, extendable, difficult to imitate, and self-learning can be integrated to construct the core competence.Therefore, the essential issue in the research of the interaction between human capital and organizational capital is to search for the core-competence-based organizational capital that is most competitive. Research in this field is still so far unexploited.
