摘 要 本文首先概述了排队论中的一些基础理论知识,然后简单介绍了排队系统中比较重要的随机分布如定长分布、指数分布、泊松分布以及泊松过程、马尔可夫过程和生灭过程,接着便利用这些相关知识尝试建立有关于居民呼叫的到达过程和救护车为有服务需求的居民的服务过程的救护车服务排队模型,通过该模型中每种可能存在的状态的彼此转化关系图来构造出状态间的转移矩阵,然后借助MATLAB软件编写相关程序通过转移矩阵求出P(系统状态的概率矩阵)然后由各个状态的概率 紧接着 由于已经证明两种模型 关键词:排队论 Abstract This paper outlines some basic theoretical knowledge of Queuing Theory, then we briefly introduce the more important random distributions in the queuing system such as fixed length distribution, exponential distribution, Poisson distribution and Poisson process, Markov process and birth and death process, and then use these related knowledge to try to establish a queuing model of ambulance service for the arrival process of residents calls and the service process of ambulances for residents with service needs and the transfer matrices between states are constructed by the transformation graphs of each of the possible states of the model, and then use MATLAB software to write the relevant procedures through the transfer matrix to find the probability that may occur in the model of each system state. Immediately, this article introduces another method of computer simulation technology for studying the ambulance service queuing model. And then through Arena that is a computer simulation software to establish a simulation model for the ambulance service queuing model to simulate the operation. The probability that residents succeed in being served by ambulance service in the simulation model can be calculated by using the specific numbers that appear in the results such as the total number of customers entering the system and the number of successful services. Comparing the probability obtained in the simulation model and the probability obtained in the queuing system and we can see that the two results are similar to each other, which can be seen as the two models prove each others correctness.
