摘 要随着现代社会经济的发展迅速，各项领域也有了很大的发展，其中建设领域尤其火热。随之而来的工程建设招投标问题也开始成为各企业关注的焦点，工程项目中工程投资额的预算和工程标底的计算是决定工程造价的关键。基于此，本文提出模糊聚类分析方法并与相似关联分析相结合，为确定工程标底找到合理的预测模型。 首先本文介绍了模糊聚类的一般数学模型，给出了几种具体的聚类方法。又介绍了相似关联分析方法，详细介绍了分析模型，并与模糊聚类相结合，经过研究发现其中一种基于等价关系的模糊聚类方法最贴近所研究的课题。其次介绍了工程标底的相关概念以及研究现状，再将模糊聚类分析方法结合到标底计算中去。因为模糊聚类分析只能给所提供的众多工程项目分类，并不能对分出的类别优化排序，所以作者提出了相似关联度的概念，根据关联度最大，得出与带估算标底指标最为接近的实例，从而得出预算标底值。 最后本文给出了案例分析，搜集近几年最具有代表性的建筑物工程项目作为课题研究的实际工程案例，主要是对这些工程案例记录的基础资料，如最终标底价格和提供的各项经济指标，进行模糊聚类，再根据计算出的相似关联度进行类优化排序，选取不同的精度阈值得出与待估算工程项目相似性最高的标底区间。关键词：模糊方法；聚类分析；工程标底；建筑工程 AbstractWith the rapid development of modern social economy, the field has also been a great development, in which the construction area is particularly hot.
