Y1524108 公开 中图分类号：F270 论文题目 硕士学位论文 浙江企业国际化程度研费 I 以民营企业为例 化两个维度构建了一个三级指标体系，建立一个地区国际化程度蛛网模型， 运用定量分析和和定性分析方法，对浙江企业国际化程度进行测量。 测量结果显示，浙江企业整体国际化起步晚，内向国际化程度和外向 国际化程度都比较低，外向国际化程度稍高于内向国际化程度。浙江企业 国际化程度低的决定因素是技术竞争力薄弱，表现在对高技术的研发和引 进的投入少，导致技术创新能力薄弱。 第四部分采用函数模型的分析方法，专门针对浙江13家上市大型民营 企业的企业国际化效应做了实证分析，主要是分析企业国际化水平、劳动 力、资本对企业营业收入的影响程度。实证分析结果显示，浙江民营企业 的国际化水平对其营业收入的影响不是非常显著。这从国际化效应角度验 证这13家上市民营企业的国际化程度都比较低，再次验证了用蛛网模型对 浙江企业国际化的测量的结果。 最后，通过分析浙江企业国际化测量结果，本文总结了浙江企业国际 化进程中存在的主要障碍和问题，分别从提升内向国际化程度和外向国际 化程度两方面提出浙江企业进行国际化的相关对策建议。 关键词：企业国际化；民营企业；蛛网模型；外向国际化策略；内向 国际化策略STUDY ON INTERNATIONALIZATION DEGREE OF ENTERPRISES IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE ABSTRACT With the development of Chinas reformation and open policy, and the accelerating pace of globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises are realising that internationalization of operation has become the trend of the world, and implement the strategy of going global in success. On this condition, it increasingly becomes an important theme to study the internationalization degree of the domestic enterprises. Zhejiang, is one of the most developed provinces, in which, the quantity of going out firms is No.l in China. Which level of internationalization are they in? How to carry out strategies of internationalization? What example does the process of Zhejiang firmsintemationalization make to other enterprises in rest regions? Research on this question has much realistic significance. This paper focuses on how to evaluate Zhejiang enterprisers degree of internationalization.
