Dickens achieved his biting criticism of social conditions through deep satire and hyperbolic words of symbolic skills and he uses the symbolism so skillfully that it enhances the artistic effects of his works greatly and it made his novel more attractive and successful. In Oliver Twist, symbolism runs through the whole novel and it shows his anger and sympathy to the poor.
