AbstractInthispaper,theobjectofstudyisthin-walledcylindricalaluminumalloycasting,withtheapplicationofcommercialsolidificationsimulationsoftwareProCAST,diecastingandsolidificationprocessofcylindricalthin-walledaluminumalloycastingsunderlowpressureisstudied,impactofprocessparametersonfeedingofcylindricaldiecastingunderlowpressureisstudiedandthefeedingcapacitywithvariationofprocess parametersandthebestcylindricallow-pressurecastingprocesswereobtained.Thisstudyhasimportanttheoreticalsignificanceandpracticalapplicationofguidancevalueforactualproductionoflow-pressurecastingcylindricalcastings.Thisstudydiscussesthestructuralcharacteristicsofcylindricalcasting,usingcomparablemethodstocompareprocessaddedcoldironandwithoutcoldiron,by comparisonofcastingtemperaturefield,itisfoundthatthethereexistalargenumberof hotspots in castings without coldiron, while a large number ofhot spots can beeliminatedwithimposeofcoldironincastings,indicatingthatthecoldironcastingprocesshasobviouseffectsontheeliminationofhotspotforsuchcastings.Onthisbasis, thisstudymainlyfocusedontheeffectsofmajorprocessparameters(pouringtemperature,moldtemperature,fillingspeed,packingpressure)oncastingfeeding(feedingangle,temperaturegradient),foreachprocess3dataparameterweredesigned,changedtheseparameters,numericalsimulationofthedifferentparametersduringlow-pressurecastingprocessweremade,informationunderdifferenttechnologicalparameterssuchascastingtemperature,thesolidfractionfield,thetemperaturegradientandthestressandstrainfieldsandetc.areobtained,byanalyzinginformationofthesefieldstheimpactlawofprocessparametersoncastingfeedingisobtained.Studyshows thatpouringtemperaturehaslittleeffectonfeedingangleandtemperaturegradient,withtheincreaseoffillingrate,thetemperaturegradientonthecastingsectionshowingafirstlyupwardandthendownwardtrend,withupwardtrendofmoldtemperaturefeedingangleshowedincreasedtrendonthecastingsection,withtheincreaseofpackingpressure,thecriticalfeedingsolidfractionreduced,formationprobabil
