As a kind of natural protein existing in silk, silk fibroin has a very good property in forming films which posses excellent light transmission performance, biocompatibility, mechanical properties and biodegradable properties making it have wide application prospect in the field of biological materials and optoelectronic materials. In recent years, as flexible substrates used in the field of photoelectric, silk fibroin films have received extensive attention of researcher both at home and abroad. Until now, there is no report about reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and silk fibroin composite material.In there, graphene oxide (GO) films are fabricated on the surface of silicon wafer by the method of spin-coating, which are reduced to reduced graphene oxide (RGO) films by HI acid. And after the process of silk fibroin solution on the surface of RGO films and air drying, the graphene and silk fibroin based composite films (GSF) can be peeled from the surface of silicon wafer. Then, the GSF are preliminary studied as the transparent electrodes applied in dye sensitized solar cells (DSSC).The results have been exhibited as follows: graphene oxide films can be fabricated on the surface of silicon wafer by spin-coating. Through the characterization of secondary structure of GO and RGO molecular by Infrared spectra and Raman spectra, it can indicate that, after HI acid reduction, the C=O in GO has almost disappeared, part of OH has beenreduced and sp2 carbon in
