美洲凌霄花化学成分研究英文摘要StudiesontheChemicalConstituents fromCampsis radicans(L.)Seem.AbstractCampsisradicans(L.)Seem.whichshowedanti-coagulationactivities,isindigenous toChina.Theplantisusedforthetreatmentofabnormalmenstruation,dysmenorrheal.In ordertofindactiveagents fromit,thestudyonits chemicalconstituents was carriedout.First,toinvestigatetheanti-coagulationactivitieseffectonflowerofCampsis radicans(L.)Seem.Coagulationtime(CT)invivowastestedbycapillarymethod. Bleedingtime(BT)wasdeterminedbycutting-tailmethod.Testedthepulmonary embolismtime(PET).Activatedpartialthromboplastintime(APTT),thrombintime(TT), prothrombintime(PT)andplasmarecalcificationtime(PRT)wereevaluatedbytesttube methodinmice.Resultsshowthatthebleedingandcoagulationtimewasprolongedand thepulmonaryembolismtime(PET)wascutshortwhichhaddose-dependentwiththe groupof70%ethanolextract.Inthefivedifferentextract,thewaterextractwasnotonly prolongingtheBTandCT,butalsoprolongingthePT,TTandPRT,petroleumether extractioncanbeprolongingthePT,TT,thewaterextracthasmoststrengthofactivity.
