重庆市名人故居文化旅游资源开发与对策研究 ——以沙坪坝张治中故居为例 ********大学 ****班级 ***** 指导老师 ***** 摘要：名人故居是一种独特的人文景观，承载着名人的历史和声誉，具有独特的历史文化底蕴和特有魅力。名人故居作为旅游目的地的人文旅游资源，已经成为重要的旅游吸引物。随着中国旅游业的不断发展，名人故居开发与利用也日益受到关注和重视。重庆名人故居众多，名人故居应该成为一大文化旅游亮点。但是就重庆名人故居的开发现状来看，大多数故居破坏情况十分严重。如何合理地开发名人故居的旅游资源，充分显示其历史文化价值，是当前亟待解决的重要问题。 本文以张治中故居为例，通过笔者对重庆市沙坪坝区张治中故居的实地考察，结合重庆周边地区文化遗址、名人故居的成功开发经验，分析了张治中故居旅游开发存在的问题并提出对策，以期推动重庆名人故居的旅游业持续良好发展。 关键词：名人故居 旅游开发 张治中故居 Abstract:Carrying the famous history and reputation, the former residence of celebrities is a unique human landscape, with a unique historical and cultural background and unique charm. As cultural tourism resources of a tourist destination , the residence of cebrities has become an important tourist attraction. With the growing development of Chinese tourism, a highly concern and attention are paid on its utilization and the development. With a large amount of residences of celebrities in Chongqing, it should become a cultural tourist attraction. However, in terms of the present exploitation of the famous people’s former residences in Chongqing, the majority are damged seriouly. Therefore, how to protect and develop the numerous famous persons former residence rationally and to show the culture value of the history fully is an important issues which is necessary to be resolved immediately. By investigating of the former residence of Zhang Zhizhong located in Shapingba District and combining to the successful experiences of exploiting the cultural heritage and celebrities’ former residences in surrounding regions, this paper proposed the opinions of the development of the tourism resources in Shapingba District. How to reasonably develop the tourism resources of the former residence of celebrities, and fully display its historical and cultural value, which is the serious problem that solves urgently currently.
