However along with the Industrial Revolutions starting and the development of the world economics and trade, the conflict between dumping and antidumping starts to appear and intensifies gradually. Nowadays, although GATTAVTO is devoting to reducing the level of customs and advancing fair trade unceasingly, antidumping is still widely used and even abused by more and more countries，becoming those countries main trade barriers. This makes the conflict between dumping and antidumping reach to a new climax, and our country then is becoming the biggest victimized country day by day in this tide. In fact, serious situation of antidumping has already influenced our countrys extroverted economy greatly. It not only has caused our products exporting market to be extruded, but has created huge direct economic loss. Moreover, it may hinder our export structures upgrade，and affect our implementation of export market multiplication strategy. And it also makes a notable impact on the domestic correlated industrys development and the domestic market. Therefore, facing the antidumping, our enterprises must undertake the challenge bravely. In this point, our lighter enterprises set a good example to other enterprises, which also suffers antidumping bitterly. In the case of our lighters being accused of dumping by European Union, our lighter enterprises pulled together. Even under disadvantageous external environment, they were still positive. Passing through more than 1 year of resistances and difficult endeavor, finally they achieved the great success，making the European Union withdraw the suit. This is our first victory to European Union in antidumping suit after our country joins WTO.
