探讨心理护理干预在耐多药结核病患者中的应用论文 [摘要] 目的 探讨针对耐多药结核病患者，观察在实施临床护理过程中给予心理护理干预的临床价值。 方法 选取该院2010年10月―2014年10月MDR-TB患者118例。通过随机数表法完成MDR-TB患者的随机分组。组别名称分别设为B1组：临床选择常规护理+心理护理的方法；B2组：临床选择常规护理的方法。对比两组MDR-TB患者在治疗依从性以及抑郁程度等方面表现出的差异。 结果 在对两组MDR-TB患者进行治疗过程中，B1组患者全部能够按照医嘱用药治疗。B2组患者中，仅包括10例患者可以按照医嘱用药治疗，疾病复发的患者5例。B1组与B2组MDR-TB患者进行比较，表现出显著差异，差异有统计学意义；两组MDR-TB患者在住院时抑郁情绪方面，组间未表现出显著差异，差异无统计学意义；分别给予临床护理后，在抑郁情绪方面，B1组MDR-TB患者表现优于B2组患者极为显著，差异有统计学意义。结论 针对MDR-TB患者，临床护理过程中给予心理护理干预，可以有效提高患者的治疗依从性，并且患者自身的抑郁情绪能够获得有效缓解，凸显心理护理针对MDR-TB患者的临床干预价值。 [中图分类号] R473.[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-074201-0135-03 [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical value of psychological nursing intervention in patients with multi drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods 11cases with MDR-TB admitted in our hospital from October010 to October01were selected and divided into group B1 and group B withcases in each in accordance with the random number table method. Group B1 was given the conventional nursing and psychological nursing clinically， and group Bwas given the conventional nursing clinically. And the treatment compliance and the degree of depression of the two groups were compared. Results During the treatment， all the patients in group B1 could undergo the medication in accordance with the doctors orders， but in group B2， only 10 patients could do that， and patients had palindromia， the difference between the two groups of patients with MDR-TB is statistically significant； the difference in level of depression during the hospitalization between the two groups is not statistically significant； after clinical nursing， the improvement of depression of group B1 is much better than that of group B2，and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention given to the MDR-TB patients during clinical nursing is of clinical intervention value， which can improve the treatment compliance and alleviate the depression of the patients effectively.
