城市大型综合性商业设施外部空间规划设计方法研究汇总.pdf

摘 要 城市中大型综合性商业设施的规划建设，往往伴随着必要的外部空间的营造，其职 能由综合性商业设施本体的要求和所承载的城市公共空间的要求共同构成，因此，综合 性商业设施外部空间应该纳入城市公共空间体系之中，是城市公共空间体系的有机组成 部分及重要的节点。作为大型综合性商业设施与周边城市空间融合的重要节点，综合性 商业设施外部空间在整个商业设施的设计中起着非常重要的作用，对于城市空间环境的 整合及有序发展、综合性商业设施整体形象的完善及促进服务人群社会活动的产生都具 有重要的意义。 目前，大型综合性商业设施外部空间的规划设计只是将外部空间单纯地看做为综合 性商业设施服务的空间，忽视了综合性商业设施服务区域的城市功能及服务人群的公共 需求，缺乏“人性化”考虑。以往功能单一的综合性商业设施外部空间己经不能满足使 用人群多元化的需求，不能适应现代城市所赋予的社会及商业角色。 本文通过理论分析法、调查研究法及案例分析法对综合性商业设施外部空间进行研 究，从大型综合性商业设施所在区域及综合性商业设施本体两个层面来研究大型综合性 商业设施外部空间的影响因素，对综合性商业外部空间与其所在区域、服务人群之间的 关系进行分析，探讨研究使综合性商业设施外部空间与辐射区域职能及空间相协调、与 综合性商业设施本身相适应、空间环境人性化的规划设计方法。希望通过本文得出较完 善的综合性商业设施外部空间的规划设计方法，为解决当前的问题提出方法和策略，使 综合性商业设施外部空间满足使用人群的需求，更加人性化。 关键字：大型综合性商业设施 外部空间 人性化 i Abstract Urban planning and construction of large commercial facilities, often accompanied by the necessary external space to create, together constitute its functions by the bodys requirements of a comprehensive commercial facilities and the bearer of urban public space requirements, therefore, a comprehensive business facilities externalthe space should be incorporated into the urban public space system is an integral part of urban public space system and an important node.
