机械设计基础A（2)Fundamentals of Machanical Design A(2) ——机械制图部分 Mechanical Drawing * 第一讲 国家标准及平面图形尺寸标注 National Standard And Dimensioning 机械制图国家标准介绍National Standard For Mechanical Drawing 尺寸标注1 Dimensioning I 课程要求 Requirements for the course 第一章 机械制图基础知识 Introduction of Mechanical Drawing （工程）图（Drawing)的类型： 徒手草图（Sketching) 手工工具和计算机绘图（Drawing) 计算机建模（3D）（modeling) 中国于1959年首次颁布机械制图国家标准。每一个工程技术人员在绘制生产图样时都必须严格遵守国家标准。 China published national standard for mechanical drawing first in 1959 1.1 机械制图国家标准(PP18-24) National Standard for Mechanical Drawing 中国国家标准：GB Guo Biao 德国：DIN Deutsches Institut fur Normung 美国：ANSI American National Standard Institute 日本：JIS Japanese Industrial Standards 英国：BSI Britain Standard Institute 国际：ISO International Organization for Standardization 图纸幅面和格式（GB/T14689-1993) Sizes and layout of the drawing sheet 二. 比例 (GB/T14690-1993) Scales 三. 字体 (GB/T14691-1993) Lettering 四. 线型 (GB/T4457.4-2002) Lines 基本制图标准 Essential drafting standards 一、图纸幅面 Sheet sizes 五种优先采用的图纸大小 five preferred sheet sizes: A0—841*1189 A1—594*841 A2—420*594 A3—297*420 A4—210*297 单位：毫米(mm) 1平方米，长宽比例 A3 A4 注意：标题栏的大小不随图幅的大小发生变化。 The sizes of title blocks are the same for all sizes of sheets 二、比例 Scales（GB/T 14690－1993） 图纸标题栏中的“比例”内必须标明所用比例 The scale should be indicated in the “scale” box of the title block. 图样：实物 Scale is the ratio between the size of the drawing of an object and the actual size of that object. 1：1，2：1，5：1 1：2 ，1：5，1：10 不论采用何种比例，图上尺寸都指物体的真实尺寸。 Whatever scale is used, the dimensions on the drawing indicate the true size of the object, not of the drawing. 三、字体(GB/T14691-93): Lettering 1. 汉字Chinese characters——长仿宋体,粗细一致 基本笔划: 横平竖直, 注意起落; 字体结构：排列均匀, 填满方格。 字高sizes——1.8, 2.5 , 3.5 , 5 , 7 , 10 , 14 , 20 3. 字母Letters: 2. 数字 Numeral characters: 粗实线 细实线 虚线 Thick solid line Dashed line Dot-and-dash line 四、线型 Types of lines 点画线 Thin solid line 双点画线 Double dot-and-dash line 线宽 Line
