镗床PLC智能控制系统设计本科毕业设计.doc

摘 要：镗床是一种精密加工车床，主要用于加工工件上的精密圆柱孔。这些孔的轴心线往往要求严格地平行或垂直，相互间的距离也要求很准确。镗床本身刚性好，其可动部分在导轨上的活动间隙很小，有附加支撑镗床能完成镗孔工序外，还可以进行镗、钻、扩、绞、车及铣等工序，因此，镗床的加工范围很广介绍T68型卧式镗床的结构和工作原理，分析镗床继电器控制系统。对系统的输入、输出点进行统计，根据PLC的选型相关规定和输入输出的总点数，选用日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-48MR可编程序控制器分配PLC的I/O地址，设计PLC的外接线图。采用逻辑代数设计法设计T68镗床PLC控制系统的程序，并通过 GX Simulator6-C软件进行程序仿真。在此基础上，针对系统调试、安装以及运行过程中出现的问题，进行分析，提出解决办法和注意的事项。最后从硬件和软件两个方面采取措施，提高了PLC控制系统的抗干扰能力。PLC控制系统取代原来的T68镗床继电接触控制系统使控制变得简单灵活，性能提高，并增强了其自诊断功能，维修也更加方便。 关键词：可编程控制器；镗床； Design of PLC Intelligent Control system of Boring Machine Abstract: Boring machine is a kind of precision lathe processing, mainly for processing the precision cylindrical bore in the workpiece.
