PAGE 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 广西梧州市人口老龄化现状、影响及对策研究 以梧州市蝶山区新兴社区为例 摘 要 人口老龄化是指60岁或者65岁及以上的老年人口在总人口中的比例不断上升的过程，是反映人口结构发生变化的概念。二十世纪末期，由于经济的迅速发展，人口的死亡率不断下降，而人口的增长速度减慢，生育率开始慢慢下降，这促使人口中老年人的比例逐渐增加，儿童和少年比例显著地减少，人口结构开始出现老年化现象，从而带来了新世纪全球范围被称为“银色危机”的“人口老龄化问题。人口老龄化是人类社会发展到一定阶段的产物，是一个社会问题。研究梧州市人口老龄化的现状和特点，分析老龄化的原因和影响，找到应对老龄化的有效对策，这对促进人口老龄化社会的健康稳定发展具有重要的意义。 本文拟从五个方面对梧州市的人口老龄化问题进行全面的分析。第一部分，对人口老龄化、人口老龄化问题和老年人问题的概念进行界定。第二部分，以新兴社区为例，研究梧州市人口老龄化的现状及特点。第三部分，分析人口老龄化的主要原因。第四部分，梧州市人口老龄化带来的社会影响和经济后果。第五部分，提出应对人口老龄化的措施，从调整现行的计划生育政策，延长退休年龄、大力发展老龄产业、转变养老模式、强化人力资源投资等方面找出措施，缓解老龄化问题。同时，借鉴国外应对人口老龄化问题的实践经验，从政府、社会等方面提出相应的具体对策,利用人口老龄化的有利因素缓解其不利影响，促进人口老龄化社会健康发展。 关键词： 人口老龄化 现状 对策 Wuzhou City, Guangxi Population Situation and the Influence and the Countermeasures Abstract An aging population is to point to 60 or 65 years old and above elderly population in the ratio of total population rising process, is reflected the concept of population structure changes.
