摘 要 装备工业的技术水平和现代化程度决定着整个国民经济的水平和现代化程度，数控技术及装备是发展新兴高新技术产业和尖端工业（如信息技术及其产业、生物技术及其产业、航空、航天等国防工业产业）的使能技术和最基本的装备。 数控加工就是利用数字化控制系统在加工机床上完成整个零件的加工。这一类的机床称为数控机床。这是一种现代化的加工手段，同时数控加工技术也成为一个国家制造业发展的标志。数控机床是以数控系统为代表的新技术对传统机械制造产业的渗透形成的机电一体化产品。数控加工机床与编程技术两者的发展是紧密相关的。数控加工机床的性能提升推动了编程技术的发展，而编程手段的提高也促进了数控加工机床的发展，二者相互依赖。数控加工工艺就是生产过程和工艺过程，工艺过程是由生产纲领、生产类型及其工艺特征所组成的。 本文的目标主要运用数控技术，对该机构各部件进行数控编程及加工，展示一个在实际生产中结合刀具、工件、机床与企业自身的实际情况积累得数控加工实例，不但可以节省大量的人力、物力、财力，而且可以指导加工生产实践，达到提高加工效率，降低生产费用，获得更高的经济效益。 关键词： 数控技术 数控机床 数控加工 数控编程 数控加工工艺 Abstract The technological level of industrial equipment and modernization of the entire national economy determines the level and degree of modernization, numerical control technology and equipment is the development of new high-tech industry and cutting-edge industries (such as information technology and industry, biotechnology and industry, aviation, aerospace defense industry and other industries) of the enabling technology and the most basic equipment.
