西安市高校开展课外体育活动的现状调查及对策研究 发结伴活动、单独自由活动和俱乐部这三种形式。这说明有组织、有管理的课外 体育活动在大学校园里比较少见。3.高校体育设施经费投入不足,体育器材数量偏少,体育设施标准偏低, 学校提供给大学生选择体育锻炼的项目单一,不能满足学生的需要,学生感兴趣 的健身娱乐体育活动,未能得到有效的开展。4.阻碍西安市大学生参与课外体育活动的主要因素是:没有运动氛围;学 习负担重、没时间;缺乏场馆器材;缺乏锻炼的知识;缺乏组织、指导;对体育 无兴趣。 5.课外体育活动的组织力度不够, 课外体育活动的组织管理形式落后,缺乏 科学性、效率低,长期处于无人管的状态,学生课外活动仅凭学生兴趣自由活动。 6.高校对课外活动的开展,宣传、教育、力度不够,造成了校园体育文化氛 围不够浓厚、活跃。影响了体育活动的开展。 本文根据现状提出如下建议为: 1.加强校园体育文化,营造体育氛围 2.加强学校、社会、社区的融合互动,因地制宜,拓宽活动项目 3.加强教学管理和引导,提高学生课外活动的参与度 4.加强领导重视,加大资金投入,改善体育设施 5.构建多元化活动途径、发挥学生主体的积极性 6.提高体育教师专业素质,与时俱进 关键词:大学生、课外体育活动、现状与对策、西安市高校 An Investigation and Tactics Studies on Launching the Extra Physical Exercise in Universities in Xi’an Abstract Extra physical exercise is an indispensible component of physical education in a school and is also an important respect of culture construction. Extra physical exercise exerts an importantfunction on strengthening the physiques of students, improving their health condition, nurturing their senses of lifelong physical education and developing their habits. Extra physical exercise is a basic access to achieving the goal of university physical educationBased on the research of extra physical exercise of universities at home and abroad and the modern theory, this thesis adopts the methodology of conducting questionnaires,making interviews, collecting statistics, doing comparative analysis to analyze the present situation of 600 university students who come from 6 universitiesAnd then this thesis finds out the main factors that influence the launch of extra physical exercise and proposes some tactics. Meanwhile, this thesis does an exploration on how to foster students’ interests on sports activities, students’ awareness of taking part in extra physical exercise and students’ senses of lifelong physical education, and then gives advice on how to motivate the universitystudents to develop the habits of taking part in extra physical exercise.
