Dept All components must match to CFM sample spec and be confirmed by QC before mass production; Inspect all items to follow below standard: Outsole/Logo: No flakes, split, cross color or lack of material; Flcoking well-distributed and logo in center. Foxing tape/Heel patch: No pollution or colloidal particles; The letters of logo should be clear and no cross color. Inner sole Inner tape: Attention to thickness and color, especially for transparent outsole. Toe/Rear bumper: No flakes, split, bubble or pollution;Throw out the top if the layers too much when cutting. Assembly Dept All components must match to CFM sample spec and be confirmed by QC before mass production; Inspect shoes in pairs, make sure all items follow below standard: fasten the lace tie tightly to avoid wrinkle issues make sure toe cap, tongue lace loop, heel pull/seam in the center line make sure the upper material is good and no damage; color/direction is correct Deviation in pairs: ankle height is ±3mm, heel height is ±2mm Make sure embroidery/vent hole position is correct Assembly Dept Make sure o/s is flat and color, spec, texture is correct make sure foxing tape/heel patchs color, spec, texture is correct make sure the upper is clean, no over/less cement, no wrinkle or distortion Make sure the heel patch logo is clear and color, spec, position is correct Make sure toe bumper logo print is clear and correct All components must match to CFM sample spec and be confirmed by QC before mass production; Inspect shoes in pairs, make sure all items follow below standard: Packing Dept All components must match to CFM sam
