Abstract：The climate and glacier change in west of china in half a century has a logic relastionship of “the rise of air and earth temperature--→quicker glacier melting--→the participate of melting glacier to local water cycle brings more precipitation”. While the external water vapor is declined,the participate of South Xinjiang increased nearly 50% and the participate of North Xinjiang increased nearly 30%.These are the three evidences for this paper. As early in 2005, there are 4 meteorological experts who have already realized the relationship between the significant increase in precipitation in Xinjiang recent decades and the accelerating retreat of local glaciers melting. But such point of view has not been seriously paid attention. After more investigation, this paper proposes that the main reason of increasing precipitation is the accelerating retreat of local glaciers melting and the glacial melting water take part in local water recycling.
