标准化护理方案对乳腺癌患者健康相关生活质量干预效果及机制研究 摘要：针对乳腺癌患者健康相关生活质量（HRQoL ）因疾病和治疗影响而低于一 般人群以及现有护理措施缺乏标准化干预方案的关键科学问题，本研究综合采 用系统文献回顾、人群调查和随机对照试验研究方法，集中研究标准化护理方案 构建以及该方案对乳腺癌患者HRQoL 的干预效果并分析其机制。主要研究内容 包括：（1）从生理、心理和社会功能角度明确乳腺癌患者HRQoL 影响因素、现 有干预措施效果及相关参数；（2 ）以健康信念模式为理论依据，构建标准化护理 方案并进行专家论证；（3 ）阐明标准化护理方案对乳腺癌患者HRQoL 的干预效 果并分析其机制，为乳腺癌患者HRQoL 科学管理和干预以及拓宽健康信念模式 在构建护理干预方案中的应用提供依据。 关键词：乳腺癌；健康相关生活质量；标准化护理方案；健康信念模式 1 Effects and mechanisms of standard nursing protocol on health-related quality of life in patients with breast cancer Abstract: For the key scientific issues on adverse effects of breast cancer and the related treatments on decreasing health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in the patients and lacking of standard intervention protocols, the standard nursing program construction and the effects and mechanisms of the program on HRQoL in breast cancer patients will be mainly studied by using systematic literature review, population survey and randomized controlled trials comprehensively. The main contents are: (1) identifying HRQoL influencing factors, and effects and parameters of the existing interventions on HRQoL in breast cancer patients from physical, psychological and social function viewpoints; (2) constructing a standard nursing program based on health belief model and demonstrating the program via experts; (3) clarifying the effects of standard nursing program on HRQoL in breast cancer patients and analyzing the mechanisms. Findings of the study will provide evidence for HRQoL management and intervention in patients with breast cancer and for broadening health belief model application in nursing intervention protocol construction.
