毕业论文（设计） 题 目 主权财富基金现状及相关问题综述 系 部 经济系 专 业 经济学　 年级 2006 级 学生姓名 　熊 杰 学 号 060112046 指导教师 孙显超 主权财富基金现状及相关问题综述 【摘 要】 各种形式主权财富基金的悄然兴起，已经成为全球金融市场上一种新型的投资巨无霸。主权财富基金由主权国家力量控制，其投资动因与投资策略不同于一般的投资基金。对全球金融市场稳定的影响也更为复杂，因而引起了发达国家的密切关注。对于我国而言，设立主权财富基金是提高外汇储备使用效率的一种积极尝试．但要密切关注主权财富基金海外投资可能遭遇的政策风险，同时加强对流入我国的主权财富基金的监管。进入21世纪以来，主权财富基金的数量越来越多，规模也越来越大，其中拥有世界影响力的中国和俄罗斯也相继成立了主权财富基金，这在国际上，特别是西方发达国家引起了强烈的反响，少数国家对主权财富基金持欢迎态度，而更多的国家认为主权财富基金是一种威胁，强调严格的监管和立法，在这些国家贸易保护主义有所抬头。目前尚有许多国家也在酝酿成立主权财富基金，可以预见主权财富基金将对世界经济金融产生巨大的影响力。中国投资有限责任公司的成立在主权财富基金发展史上具有里程碑的意义，正是中投公司的成立使主权财富基金这一概念开始走入我们的视野，引起国际社会的普遍关注。 【关键词】 主权财富基金 系统性风险 金融市场 外汇储备 Sovereign wealth funds review status and related issues 【Abstract】 Various forms of the stealthy rise of sovereign wealth funds has become a new global financial market, the investment giant.
