This year, however, due to the international market environment changes, very severe challenge for the export of private enterprises, but also exposed the problems in foreign trade of private enterprises, mainly includes: lack of export competitiveness, lack of enterprise technology innovation, lack of outstanding talents of foreign trade, countries trade barriers, problems such as difficult financing for private enterprises, the processing cost. In this paper, combined with the zhejiang private enterprises in the process of foreign trade enterprise internal factors, external environmental factors and government level is analyzed, combining with the actual data for the above problems put forward countermeasures, including optimize the structure of industry of the enterprise, the enhancement enterprises capacity for independent innovation, strengthening the construction of enterprise independent brands, develop foreign investment, etc., at the same time stressed that the government should actively shift function, enhance service awareness, perfect the system of financial support and help of zhejiang private enterprises solve the financing difficulties and other issues.Key words: Zhejiang private enterpris
