护理风险干预预防住院老年患者跌倒的研究 本文档格式为WORD,感谢你的阅读。 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨护理风险干预预防住院老年患者跌倒的效果。 方法 选取2012年5月～2013年5月（护理风险干预前）收治的65～95岁患者348例为对照组，2013年7月～2014年7月（护理风险干预后）收治的65～95岁患者350例为干预组，比较两组患者住院期间对防跌倒知识的掌握程度、护理满意度及跌倒的发生情况。 结果 干预组的跌倒发生率低于对照组，防跌倒知识掌握率高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 护理风险干预可有效预防住院老年患者跌倒，提高其预防跌倒的意识及防护。 　　[关键词] 护理风险干预；评估；老年患者；跌倒 　　[] R47 [] B [] 1674-4721（2014）09（a）-0136-03 　　The study of nursing risk intervention preventing tumble in hospitalized elderly patients 　　HU Qing-di1 WANG Hong-yan2 JIAN Zhong-mei3 　　1.Department of Nursing，the Fourth Hospital of Xinyu in Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 338000，China；2.Department of Internal Medicine，the Fourth Hospital of Xinyu in Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 338000，China；3.Department of the Second Surgery，the Fourth Hospital of Xinyu in Jiangxi Province，Xinyu 338000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of nursing risk intervention preventing tumble in hospitalized elderly patients. Methods 348 elderly patients aged 65 to 95 years old from April 2012 to April 2013 （before nursing risk intervention） were selected as the control group，350 elderly patients aged 65 to 95 years old from May 2013 to May 2014 （after nursing risk intervention） were selected as the intervention group，the mastery of preventing tumble knowledge and nursing satisfaction，and incidence rate of tumble of patients in the two groups during the period of hospitalization were compared. Results Incidence rate of tumble in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group，the mastery rate of preventing tumble knowledge and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group （P0.05）.
