系统安全分析方法在液化石油气罐区的应用研究.doc

前言 随着经济的迅速发展与城市化进程的加快，我国液化石油气(LPG)的需求量日益增加，人们的日常生活越来越多的依赖，将来必将有越来越多的石油液化气储罐将被建立，但由于石油液化气的危险度高、破坏力大，一旦发生泄漏、火灾及爆炸等事故，将对储罐区周围环境造成巨大的破坏，也将造成巨大的经济损失，因此石油液化气储罐的安全性的保障是罐区正常运作的首要条件，必须对这些重大危险源进行辨识分析，以及发生火灾爆炸事故后果分析评估，为企业及社会减灾防灾提供必要性的理论和依据。 论文根据我国液化石油气储罐的安全现状，综合运用国内外专家的研究成果，通过对危险因素的辨识和事故后果分析模型的建立，进一步明确了引发安全生产事故的深层次原因，对我国现阶段的液化石油气储罐的安全问题有了深入的认识。 论文研究了危化品储罐区事故危险性因素的辨识方法。建立了储罐区包括泄漏、火灾、爆炸、中毒的事故后果分析模型，并例举了部分模型的应用。最后提出了石油液化气储罐的安全管理细则。 对于LPG储罐的重大危险源辨识和事故后果模拟分析已有很多从是安全工作的学者和实际工作者提出了很多相关的规范和见解，但由于事故的多发性和突然性，本人在前人的理论之上有提出了自己的一些看法，希望有所突破和革新。 关键词：LPG储罐；危险源辨识；事故后果分析；安全管理 Abstract With the rapid economic development and urbanization of accelerating our liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) demand increases peoples daily life more and more dependent on, the future will have an increasing number of liquefied petroleum gas tank will be set up, but due to the high risk of liquefied petroleum gas, destructive force, in the event of leakage, fire and explosion, accident, the tank farm and surrounding great destruction, will also be a great economic losses, so the security of liquefied petroleum gas tank is the normal operation of the tank first condition, must these major hazard identification analysis, as well as fire and explosion effects analysis assessment, for companies and social disaster provides the theoretical basis and necessity.
