記者職能模型之初探 摘 要 傳播科技的快速發展,改變了閱聽人資訊獲取及傳播的型態,也影響記者之工作職能, 人力資本是提升組織競爭的核心因素,而職能是工作績效的關鍵特性 。因此本研究認為隨著 數位化及科技匯流的趨勢,記者的職能必須兼具多媒體之多元職能。記者運作已朝團隊化發 展,因此團隊職能及管理職能必須提升 ,而國內媒體研究及實務鮮少探討記者職能 ,因此藉 由記者職能模型之建構,盼能有助於提升記者之人力資本,於理論及實務兩方面產生貢獻。 關鍵詞:記者職能、科技職能,管理職能,團隊職能 、記者績效 From internet technology to smart phones, communication technology has been developed rapidly. It has changed the forms of communication and also the ways of how audiences obtain information. It also changes the ecological environment for workplace and affects the job competence of journalists. From the perspective of human resource management, this study argues that priority should be given to increase human capital of media. Human capital is the key factor of organizational competitive advantage, while job competence is the key feature to exert positive influences on job performance and efficiency. This study considers that job competence of journalists should be more diversified to include photo taking, photo-editing, internet and other multi-skills. In addition, the operation among journalists is moving towards teamwork. Therefore the team competence must be upgraded as well to improve team knowledge sharing and innovation. Last but not least, it is about management competence. High job autonomy of journalists requires high self-management of personal life and emotions. The purpose of this study is to integrate the context of current information technology changes and to construct a job competence model to update the traditional job competence. Either theoretically or practically, we hope the journalist competence model will be an important tool to change the chaotic situation of media.
