毕 业 设 计（论 文） 论文题目： 盖板的加工工艺与编程 从20世纪中叶数控技术创立以来，它给机械制造业带来了革命性的变化。现代数控技术已成为制造业实现自动化、柔性化、集成化生产的基础技术，现代的CAD/CAM、FMS和CIMS、敏捷制造和智能制造等，都是建立在数控技术之上。数控技术是提高产品质量、提高劳动生产率必不可少的物质手段，是国家的战略技术。基于它的相关产业是体现国家综合国力水平的重要基础性产业，21世纪机械制造业的竞争，其实质是数控技术的竞争。 本论文主要阐述了典型零件的全部制造过程。它包括零件图分析，毛坯的选择，切削刀具的选择，工件夹具的确定，切削参数选择，加工工艺的分析，刀具路径的确定，数控加工工序卡的制定，加工程序的编制等。 关键词：；数控编程数控系统Abstract： From the mid-twentieth century numerical control technology was founded, it gives machinery manufacturing industry has brought the revolutionary change. Modern numerical control technology has become manufacturing automation, flexibility and integrated production based technique, modern CAD/CAM, FMS and CIMS, agile manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing etc., are based on numerical control technology and above. Numerical control technology is to improve product quality, improve labor productivity necessary material means, is a national strategic technology. Based on its relevant industry is to reflect our countrys comprehensive power levels of important fundamental industry, machinery manufacturing industry competition in the 21st century, its essence is the numerical control technology competition. This paper mainly expounds the typical parts of all manufacturing process. It includes parts diagram analysis, blank choice, cutting tool and workpiece fixture to determine the choice, cutting parameters selection, manufacture process analysis, the determination of the tool path, nc machining process card the formulation, processing procedure formulation etc. Through the graduation design, reached the master CNC programming technology purpose.
