摘　　要 本文介绍的主要内容是大学生就业平台设计开发及维护，大学生就业平台的设计应实现客户在其网站上进行大学生求职招聘信息的访问以及提交、发布客户相关信息资料等。本文就根据现已存在的问题，对网络大学生就业平台设计做了全面的分析和整体的介绍。该系统主要利用了JSP强大的网络数据库访问技术，实现了网络在线求职招聘的功能。其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。经过分析，本系统采用JSP开发，Web服务器采用Tomcat并结合性能优越的网络数据库SQL SERVER 2000，利用其提供的各种编程优点，在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后,对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成用户满意的可行系统。 大学生就业平台系统是一个供大学生获取就业信息,并进行择业、就业的宏观可调控的网络操作平台,它是社会发展的产物。目前的信息系统已不适应严峻多变的就业形势,也就无法实现对毕业生就业及时、有效的指导。构建一个动态化、定量化、系统化的就业平台系统已成为当前大学生就业指导工作的当务之急。 ABSTRACT The main content of this paper is about the development and maintenance of the college students’ employment platform design. College students’ employment platform design should realize that the customers can browse, submit and release some information date related to clients on their websites. According to the existing problems, this paper does a comprehensive analysis and makes a whole introduction on the college students’ employment network platform design. This system mainly uses the technology of accessing the network database of JSP, realizing the function of online job recruitment. On the whole, its development includes the setting and maintenance of background database and front application program development. For the former, it requires to set up good databases with data consistency and integrality, data security. For the latter, it needs to be complete, easy to use, etc. Through analysis, this system uses the JSP development, Web SERVER and Tomcat combining with the superior performance of network database SQL SERVER 2000. It uses the advantages of programming it offers and establishes the system application prototype in a short time, and then, on the basis of the prototype system, it needs iteration, revise and improvement until it forms a feasible system that the customers are satisfied.
