This Declaration is to protect a human being as a internet user with the rights an internet user deserves.Pre-faceTo provide a basic for countries refer how to respect a human rights on internet world since cloud computing age.To provide a guide line for coorperate to understand and follow a basic moral understanding for internet user.To protect iternet users so they don’t loss their work properties information because of invisible violence from countries, coorperate, company or any organization.To create a better internet world that fully represent the respect of human rights, freedom, moral safety society.First RuleThe context created by internet user belongs to creator. Any organization shouldn’t have rights to change the context, display outlook, or changing the function of tools that destroy the work. example 1 : 2011 nov , google reader changing their interface and taking away the old share function notes function that record all the context bookmark created by user. example 2 : context that created in forum, blog, socialice circle, or any online/cloud environment, the copyright still belong to the user who created them.
