Lawyer’s Letter Lufthansa German Airlines: As entrusted by Mr. Zhangxu, Beijing Longan Law Firm hereby assigns this lawyer to send a letter to your company in respect of the relevant matters concerning canceled flights and refused compensation for the passenger’s losses: Zhangxu purchased six discount tickets of connecting flights of your company. Connecting flights were LH723 on April 12, 2010, LH3729 on April 17, 2010, and LH720 on April 17, 2010 respectively. Because the plan was changed, Zhangxu and the other five passengers decided to depart on April 17, 2010.Then, Zhangxu had paid for full price tickets at the check-in counter of your company.
