广州亚运无规定马属动物疫病区建设方案（3） Construction Scheme of the Guangzhou Specific Equine Disease-free Zone (III) Part V Appraisal and Information Circulation 1. Appraisal by the Ministry of Agriculture At completion of the Guangzhou Asian Games specific equine disease-free zone, after Guangzhou Municipal Government has conducted its self appraisal together with related regions and departments in Guangdong Province, it shall report and submit an appraisal application and a self-appraisal report to the Agriculture Department of Guangdong Province.  Guangdong Province Agriculture Department is in charge of the appraisal application to the Ministry of Agriculture. Should the application receives a satisfactory appraisal from the Ministry of Agriculture, it would be publicized and circulated the appraisal result to OIE and related countries. 2. International information circulation OIE circulation Before the end of March 2010, the Ministry of Agriculture shall invite specialist panel from the OIE to carry out special theme study and provide guidance on the construction project of the equine disease-free zone, circulate related information, ask for technical suggestions and invite specialists to take part in the technical cooperation; and keep informed of the OIE members about the construction of specific equine disease-free zone in a proper way. Guangdong Enter-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau shall coordinate the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC to reach agreement with related countries on equine quarantine.  Other ways conducive to obtaining international acceptance Learning from successful experiences of the sponsoring countries, construction project of the specific equine disease-free zone shall be operated internationally and transparently, thus creating favorable conditions to obtain international acceptance.
