Discussing: Show some pictures and guide them to talk about how to keep fit. What’s the old man doing? Why does he do sports? What’re the advantages for people, especially the old, to take exercise? 2. Work in pairs: Look at the photos and describe which is the best way to keep fit. Use the words in the box to help you. 3. Listen and check (√)the best ways to keep fit for Betty and Lingling in Activity 2. Step 2 Listen and read Listening: Listen to the tape and answer the questions 1) What’s wrong with Tony? 2) Can Tony be allowed to use his dad’s camera again? 3) Is Tony going to buy a camera? 2.
